Neurofit is a virtual experience on Web/VR that brings neurological care to the next level.

Neurofit creates virtual therapy exercises that assess, monitor and personalize care for neurological conditions. You can think of it as a digital data layer to transform your care to proactively support the recovery journey turning insights into actions.

MY ROLE

● Responsible for the design and implementation of levels, environments, and interfaces in a web/VR application aimed at facilitating therapeutic exercises and simulations, evaluating neurological conditions, and providing personalized care.

● Collaborated with the development team designing levels using the bottom-up approach and keeping within therapeutic guidelines for personalized care.

● Participated in regular hands-on patient testing to implement user feedback into the design process resulting in a high increase in player satisfaction.

● Redeveloped and improved UI design and function for an easier user-friendly experience, taking into account the disabilities patience might have navigating through an extensive menu with a VR controller.

● Greatly improved performance by implementing prominent optimization resulting in high steady framerates on low-end systems and improved movement/transitions for possible motion sickness on VR systems.
